There are Many Different Ways to Donate

The Meeting operates many projects including Meeting for Worship,  the Monteverde Community Library, the graveyard, religious education, and our buildings and grounds. Our Meeting House, soccer field, and volleyball court are regularly used by the entire community. The Monteverde Friends School, under the care of the Meeting, has approximately 120 students in grades Pre-kindergarten through 12th. Through our Peace and Social Concerns Committee, we carry out projects of benefit to migrants who are transiting through Costa Rica or making a new life here.  We depend on donations to meet our budget for these projects.  Your financial help is welcome!

Costa Rican tax-deductible donations may be given to the Meeting treasurer (Carol Evans), delivered to the office of the school, or deposited directly in one of the Banco Nacional accounts of the Asociación de los Amigos de Monteverde;

In colones 100-01-127-000232-7
In US dollars: 100-02-127-000137-0

Checks should be made out to Asociación de los Amigos de Monteverde if they are to be deposited in Costa Rica.

US tax-deductible donations may be mailed to:
